All items (except holiday dresses, see below) that are bought between November 1st-December 24th are able to be returned for a full refund up until January 10th with the receipt, tags attached and the item is unwashed and unworn.
**Holiday Dresses: Holiday dresses (dresses with sparkle and sequins) are final sale and will be denoted in the title of the dress if it is final sale.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes except for sale items and swimsuits, for the items that you wish to return, you must email firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for the return and order number within 10 days of receiving the order and also please include a copy of the packing slip in the return package. You are also able to return the item in person at our store location in Mount Pleasant within 10 days of placing your order. Customers are responsible for return postage, we do not issue return labels at this time.
Please note items that are being returned must be unwashed, unworn, with the original tags still attached.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS AT ANY TIME?
We are happy to accept returns within 10 days of receiving the order as long as the item(s) is unwashed, unworn, with the original tags still attached. After 10 days, returns will be denied. You will need to pay to have items shipped back to you if they are sent to us outside of your 10 day grace period. We will deduct the shipping cost from your return and return the item back to where it was shipped from.
CAN I RETURN ANY ITEM I PURCHASE?
Everything may be returned if the guidelines above were met except sale items & swimsuits.
DO I GET MY MONEY BACK OR STORE CREDIT?
Accepted returned items will be issued a full refund for the purchase price (minus discounts used) and not including shipping costs. Please include your packing slip or we will be unable to process your return. Please allow 3-5 business days once your package has arrived at our facility for refund processing. Once a refund has been processed credit will appear within 5-10 business days.
WHAT IF IT IS PAST 10 DAYS?
Items returned past the 10 day policy will not be refunded. They will be shipped back to you at a charge to you.
WHAT IF MY ITEM IS DAMAGED?
In the case of a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at email@example.com with DAMAGE in the subject line.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
We are unable to facilitate exchanges at this time as our inventory changes daily and we cannot guarantee items will be available. With this being said, if you would like an item in a different size or color, you will need to create a new order with the item you would like and return the other item within the 10 day period.
